I'm excited for the game to finally be out, but at the same time, I'm disappointed, because it lacks any form of multiplayer gameplay. The developers mentioned I could play over LAN or online with friends months ago, but now, it seems that feature is gone.

I finally got around to playing Torchlight a couple nights ago. It's awesome. Get it.
Another update, I played Torchlight for a while, and I gotta say the best way to buy it is through Steam. Steam has achievements, which keep the game interesting for a while and give you some nice side goals.
If you played the demo and don't want to lose your character, don't worry! Your characters stay available in every version of the game.
I'm still playing Torchlight. Torchlight 2 comes out soon. I'm definitely interested in that.
